Subject: Retirement, phase II - please take me off cwp and associated lists

	I've been wondering when would be the right time to send this
message, and the passage of CDA II combined with other events is now a
useful milestone. I doubt this will come as a shock, as I've mentioned
before that I am retiring from activism. For the past few months, I've
wrestled with the question of the role of free-speech activism in my
life, "go national or quit" as I thought of it. The answer has come
back "quit". I'm burnt-out from all the attacks, backstabbing,
betrayal, flames, knocks, lies, mud, slams, sleaze, slime, smears,
threats, and more of the past few years. And it is clear that
censorware.org is not going to be my platform to defend against any of
that abuse, because "If CWP gets pegged as an org more interested in
settling scores than in fighting censorware, that's a problem.".

	I believe I've finished all CWP tasks to which I had
previously committed (i.e. regarding Loudoun and Utah). So it's time
for me to move on, to devote myself more to tasks which have a
positive personal return to my life (as opposed to the drain of this
work). I wish CWP well in the future, but I cannot continue.
